Children are still learning how to manage emotions, disappointment, competition, and conflict. Mistakes are a natural part of growing up. When appropriate, we use these moments as opportunities to teach, guide, encourage reflection, and help children develop skills that will benefit them both on and off the field.

How We Respond to Conflict
Conflict is a normal part of childhood and learning.
Whenever possible, we approach discipline as an opportunity to teach rather than simply punish.
Our coaches help children:
• Reflect on their choices.
• Understand how their actions affect others.
• Take responsibility.
• Repair relationships when appropriate.
• Learn healthier ways to respond in the future.
However, the safety and well-being of every participant always come first.
Aggressive behaviour, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, harassment, or violence are not tolerated.
Player, Parent & Spectator Codes of Conduct
Our Codes of Conduct outline the shared expectations for players, parents, and spectators, helping us create a safe, respectful, inclusive, and positive environment where every child can learn, grow, and enjoy the game.
